Your new ParkLane home is built to be environmentally sound and stable. We use the latest, industry approved engineered materials such as finger-jointed studs, drywall, OSB sheathing and insulation in our home construction. Our "just in time" policy with the purchase of lumber avoids overstocking and unnecessary waste.

Plus, we consciously recycle, practice waste management and minimize landfill use onsite. Trades are required to take cardboard to designated recycling boxes on each site, and where possible, lumber and drywall scraps are sorted for appropriate recycling. Overall, our waste management program ensures the recycling of as many materials as possible to minimize landfill space.
