Community PlanThis current EFL community plan is based on the ODP by-law guidelines. It develops the land in a manner that both enhances the surrounding community and employs innovative planning concepts. East Fraserlands is planned as a traditional neighborhood development and embodies the most advanced town planning and ecological principles. It is designed to create a compact, walkable, mixed-use and pedestrian-friendly community.
