Beginning with your first visit to our sales centre, through the construction phase and well beyond the move-in date, we're there for you every step of the way. This assures you of award-winning service and peace of mind. Our service starts with a team of dedicated professional Sales Representatives to guide you through the entire homebuying process. With their intimate knowledge of our neighbourhoods, home models and financing, they can provide you with advice and guidance, as required, so you have enough information to make the right choice.

At the beginning of our relationship with you, a new homebuyer, you receive a "Care of Your Home" manual. This manual outlines the construction process, the maintenance of your home and property, service, product and warranty information, community information, as well as emergency procedures and contact lists. In addition, we conduct an orientation session before you move in, followed by reminder letters for service calls. We want to make the home buying process as "stress free" as possible.

After move in, Action Request forms are used to record, monitor and track all service requests from our customers, and each request is followed-up promptly. Our customer service team, with its fleet of service vehicles, is dedicated to efficient service. This team is highly trained and keeps up-to-date by attending various construction seminars and courses.

You are reassured when you buy a ParkLane home because each home is backed with a 10-year Warranty. This warranty includes 1-year coverage for all defects, 2-year coverage for all major systems, 5-year coverage on the building envelope, and 10-year coverage on any structural defects. ParkLane is also registered with the Homeowner Protection Office and its service and warranty program meets or exceeds all mandated requirements.
