Heritage Woods

Heritage Woods is a 300-acre master-planned and architecturally controlled community ideally situated on the scenic slopes of Heritage Mountain in Port Moody.  When completed, Heritage Woods will consist of 1,300 homes interspersed with nearly 100 acres of parks, walking trails, bike paths and other public spaces. Care and attention have gone into every detail to create a prestigious neighbourhood in harmony with the environment. Homes are situated to take full advantage of the scenic mountainside location and spectacular views of the Fraser Valley and Gulf Islands.  Heritage Woods has won over 30 awards of excellence including being named the Best Residential Development in BC by the Canadian Homebuilders' Association.

Creekside is a neighbourhood of 43 upscale 3 and 4 single-family homes backing onto a natural forested setting and active creek.  The use of varying exterior architectural styles added choice and created striking streetscapes, reminiscent of an established neighbourhood.

Forest Edge is a neighbourhood of 49 bareland strata single-family homes from 1,600 - 1,800 sq. ft.  This affordable detached home concept was very well received by homebuyers and Forest Edge sold out in just a few months.

Echo Ridge

Echo Ridge is an exclusive community of luxury 3 & 4 bedroom duplex homes with unparalleled panoramic views.  Echo Ridge featured varying exterior architectural styles adding choice for buyers and creating striking streetscapes, reminiscent of an established neighbourhood.

Mountain's Edge

Mountain's Edge features 184 ground-oriented 2, 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes featuring alpine-inspired architecture.  Mountain's Edge was named the Best Townhouse Development in BC and was a finalist for the Best Residential Development in the province.

Adventure Ridge

Adventure Ridge is a neighbourhood of 63, ground-oriented 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes featuring Whistler-inspired architecture and alpine character details. Adventure Ridge received an award for the Best Townhouse Development in BC and Canada.   It also was recognized by the GVRD for the Best Practices in Housing.

 

Aspenridge

Aspenridge is an enclave of 3 & 4 bedroom single-family homes featuring Craftsman architecture.  The showhome at Aspenridge, the Blackcomb, was voted the Best Single Family Detached Home in Canada: 1,500 - 2,200 square feet. 

Stoneridge

Stoneridge features luxury 3 and 4 bedroom single-family homes ideally situated to take advantage of the spectacular views available from this neighbourhood. The showhome at Stoneridge, the Stoneway, was a national finalist for the Best Home in Canada over 2,200 square feet.

South Surrey:

Cambria

Cambria features 84 single-family detached strata homes. The  California-inspired neighbourhood design created a magnificent streetscape and ParkLane was the first builder in Canada to bring this unique housing concept to the market.  Cambria was also recognized by the GVRD for the Best Practices in Housing and was a finalist for Best Single-Family Home in BC: 2,000 - 2,999 sq. ft.

Sandpiper Crescent

Sandpiper Crescent is a private enclave of 59 single-family homes near Crescent Beach.  The neighbourhood features classic Craftsmen architecture with cultured stone accents, rich colour schemes and stylish architectural detailing.  Sandpiper was a finalist for the Best Single-Family Home in BC: under 2,000 sq. ft.
