If you have a service request for your new ParkLane home, simply fill out the Service Request Form below.
As you complete the form, please remember to provide us with your name, e-mail address, primary contact number (during regular business hours) and a brief description of the concern. Once you submit the form, an email will be sent to our Customer Care Coordinator and you will be contacted within 1 to 3 business days. Our Customer Care Team will assess assess the concern and make necessary arrangements to correct the situation.
